These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ijuta. Please read them carefully before using any part of the ijuta platform. By registering or accessing ijuta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
ijuta is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts. Underage use is prohibited and any winnings from underage accounts will be forfeited.
Each player may hold only one active ijuta account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balances across all linked accounts.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ijuta will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming authority regulations. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the procedures set out in Clause 18 of these Terms.

By accessing the ijuta Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ijuta with respect to your use of the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ijuta Platform and, if applicable, request account closure through our support team.
These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the ijuta Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and promotional terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a more specific policy document, the more specific policy shall take precedence in respect of the subject matter to which it relates.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. ijuta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. The ijuta Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ijuta reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent that your use of the ijuta Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. Players resident in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible to register or use ijuta. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is legal in your location and for compliance with applicable local laws.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To create an ijuta Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
3.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account with ijuta. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ijuta uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.
3.5 KYC Verification. Full KYC verification — including submission of government-issued photo identification and, where required, proof of address and source of funds — is required before withdrawal access is granted. ijuta may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration or upon any withdrawal request.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ijuta login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you. ijuta will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Account Information Accuracy. You must ensure that all information held on your Account remains accurate and current. Any changes to your contact details, payment methods, or personal information must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting ijuta support.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ijuta reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant Accounts, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified prior to the first deduction. An Account with a zero balance that remains dormant will be closed.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ijuta Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with the standard settlement rules. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ijuta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: FPX online banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ijuta does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from an account held in your name.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via eWallet (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically credited to your ijuta Account within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. FPX and bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the payment processor. ijuta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following completion of all applicable verification requirements. VIP-tier Accounts benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be adjusted by ijuta at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the ijuta Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotional terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ijuta reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse — including, without limitation: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placement of opposing bets across multiple Accounts; systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire in accordance with the terms of the specific offer. Expired bonus balances will be forfeited automatically. ijuta will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
6.5 Right to Withdraw. ijuta reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to fulfilling any commitments already made to Players who have validly claimed an active offer.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets on the ijuta sportsbook are accepted at ijuta's absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference. ijuta reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or technical error in the odds displayed.
7.2 Odds and Errors. ijuta makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of published odds. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect odds value attributable to a technical fault or human input error — ijuta reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. Acceptance of a bet does not constitute an acknowledgment that the odds were correct.
7.3 Settlement. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for the sport and event in question. For live In-Play markets, bets placed after the relevant outcome has occurred (due to transmission delay) may be voided. ijuta's settlement decisions are final, subject only to a formal dispute process.
7.4 Postponed and Abandoned Events. Where an event is postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For abandoned events, settlement will be based on the score or status at the time of abandonment in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
7.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply per Account per day. Current limits are published in your Account settings. ijuta reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for individual Accounts at its discretion.
8.1 Game Availability. The ijuta Casino and slots library are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Game availability may vary over time. ijuta reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform without notice.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server disconnection, game freeze, or power failure on your device — the result of the affected round will be determined by the game server log, which is the authoritative record of game outcomes. Where a malfunction renders a round result indeterminate from the server log, the round will be voided and your wager returned.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game sessions are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as explained by the dealer and displayed within the game interface. All live dealer outcomes are final once the dealer announces the result and the round closes. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game round.
8.4 Responsible Play in Casino Games. Live casino games, particularly baccarat and roulette, involve rapid successive rounds. Players are encouraged to set session limits before commencing play. ijuta's responsible gaming tools are accessible at all times from your Account dashboard.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ijuta Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:
All content on the ijuta Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ijuta or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ijuta Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the ijuta Platform without prior written consent from ijuta or the relevant rights holder.
ijuta collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account with ijuta, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.1 Suspension by ijuta. ijuta reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account — including restricting withdrawal access or placing a hold on funds — where there is a reasonable basis to investigate potential fraud, AML concerns, breach of these Terms, or regulatory compliance requirements. Suspension notices will be communicated to your registered email address where legally permissible.
13.2 Termination by ijuta. ijuta may terminate any Account with immediate effect, without obligation to provide a reason, where it determines that the Account holder has materially breached these Terms. Upon termination for cause, ijuta reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation outcome. Any balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned within a reasonable period following resolution.
13.3 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ijuta support. Account closure does not affect the validity of bets placed or transactions completed prior to closure. Outstanding verified balances will be returned to your nominated payment method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ijuta's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ijuta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; interruption of service; or failure of third-party payment providers. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether ijuta was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ijuta's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ijuta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed upon login to the Platform, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an amendment is required by regulatory obligation or legal necessity, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the ijuta Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure with return of any verified real-money balance.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ijuta's operating jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable gaming authority under which ijuta holds its licence.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account transaction, or these Terms generally, you must first contact ijuta's support team to attempt resolution through our internal complaints process. ijuta aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. For unresolved disputes, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism designated by the relevant gaming authority.
16.3 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any claim or dispute relating to the ijuta Platform shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as a class or collective action.
